How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?: I am not involved in this movement yet but would love to become more involved in my location.

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?: My family and me are already happily transitioning ourselves. We can read the signs of the times and we are planning to establish a 2 (and more) generation homestead somewhere in Germany with a strong focus on resilience. But as much as it is important to take one's own initiative - a community is needed to succeed.

How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?: I worked in the restauration of old homes and am quite handy. We work currently two vegetable gardens and like to forage and produce things ourselves. Naturally, one makes ones experiences and gains this and that bit of knowledge. I'd love to share what I know and learn more from other members. Eventually, I would like to network with members of my local community to work towards a transition. We're already in contact with a few community members since we moved to Ehrang/Germany 1.5 years ago but have not made transitioning a topic yet. We plan on identifying like minded neighbours and then start pulling something off together.
